Yes, finally... XD here is Hikari-chan!
This is another of the pictures that I made time ago and forgot to submit...
She is Yami-chan's sister... [link]
I made it 100% with the tablet in Photoshop. It was actually a bit more difficult than Yami-chan, because of the white butterflies and her hair =w= ... it is harder for me to paint in light colors than dark ones...
By the way, Hikari means "Light".
